About
The BMT Wellbeing Retreat offers a unique opportunity for all educators to immerse themselves in transformative professional development while prioritising their mental and physical wellness. Set in the upscale eco-certified Leonardo Hotel and Conference Venue Hinckley Island, this retreat combines enriching CPD sessions led by experienced educators with ample time for relaxation, networking, and rejuvenation. Join us on April 5th and 6th 2024.

Rooms
Attendees can expect a comprehensive package that includes single or double occupancy accommodation in double bed rooms, access to Keynote Speakers, CPD Workshops in the main meeting room and a live Q&A.
Single Room: £210
Double Room: £330 (based on two sharing and gives a 20% discount per person over a single room)
Dining
The retreat also features a full English breakfast, servings of tea, coffee, and snacks throughout the day along with a restaurant lunch and a sumptuous three-course private dinner.
Leisure
Participants will have full use of leisure facilities, including an indoor pool, sauna, and steam room, providing opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation. Join us for the Dream Chasers: GCSE Master Class Edition, hosted by Black Men Teach and Men of Valor. Designed specifically for young black boys in Year 11, this event aims to provide invaluable support and inspiration as they approach the 2024 exam season.
