Strategic Impact Lead – Voluntary

About Us:

Black Men Teach is committed to increasing the representation of Black men and boys in the education system. Our mission is to raise the profile of teaching among Black males and create space for Black boys to thrive. We are dedicated to challenging stereotypes and providing Black males with the support and resources needed to succeed in education.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Strategic Impact Lead, you will:

• Designing and Implementing Evaluation Frameworks: Developing methodologies to measure how well programs and events achieve their objectives.
• Data Analysis: Gathering and analysing data to track progress toward organisational goals, ensuring that programs are contributing to the desired outcomes.
• Providing Insights: Offering recommendations for continuous improvement based on analysis and findings.
• Strategic Collaboration: Working closely with various teams to ensure that all programs are aligned with the broader strategic objectives of the organisation.
• Reporting: Delivering clear, actionable reports on impact and outcomes to stakeholders, including leadership, the advisory board, and the wider community, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Key Skills and Qualities:

We are seeking a Strategic Impact Lead with the following skills and experience:

• Impact Measurement: Expertise in defining and tracking key performance indicators for programs.
• Data Analysis: Proficiency in interpreting quantitative and qualitative data to assess effectiveness and areas for improvement.
• Evaluation: Skilled in conducting evaluations of programs, providing feedback and insights for better alignment with strategic goals.
• Strategic Alignment: Ability to ensure that initiatives support the organisation’s overall mission and objectives.
• Reporting: Strong communication skills to present data and insights in a clear, compelling manner for various stakeholders.
