What the programme includes

Monthly mentoring: Two virtual mentoring opportunities each month, supported by trained mentors and positive role models.

Academic support: Structured revision, learning activity and progress tracking through ExamSolutions.

Personal development: Interactive workshops focused on identity, confidence, goal-setting, wellbeing, healthy masculinity and future pathways.

Trips and experiences: Cultural visits, social activities, career insight, work experience and opportunities to build a strong peer community.

House community: Mentees join Foster, Arday or Imafidon House, creating belonging, encouragement and healthy competition.

Academic support with ExamSolutions

ExamSolutions is an official partner of the Bridge Mentoring Programme, supporting the academic side of the boys’ development. Mentees will use the platform to practise, address gaps in their understanding and monitor progress. BMT mentors will help boys build consistent revision habits and use their learning data to identify where further support may be needed.
